At Sunny Bunny, we’re all about brining sunshine to your buns with every roll! That’s why we do our best to make our refund, and return process simple and hassle-free to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible and to allow you to get back to your business!
Return Policy
As much as we wouldn’t like to, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns of product. It’s that whole hygiene and safety thing. Having said that, if your box arrives damaged and your rolls are unusable, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please be sure to inspect your product upon receipt and contact us within seven days from receipt of your product at sunnybunny@rosesnm.com if there are any damages. You should include pictures of the damaged package to allow us to evaluate your request and if necessary, to assist us in filing a claim with the carrier.
Refund Policy
We hope you love your Sunny Bunny toilet paper! However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
· If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sunnybunny@rosesnm.com with your order number (found in your order confirmation email). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
· If we’ve accepted a claim for damaged product, we’ll issue a refund to the card used to make the purchase. You should expect to see the funds within 7 – 10 business days from approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at sunnybunny@rosesnm.com.
· Please note that we will only issue one refund per order, and we reserve the right to deny refunds should circumstances warrant.
